Terms and Conditions For The Future Finance Referral Rewards Draw.
The referral rewards draw (“Promotion”) is organised by Future Finance (“Organiser”).
- The Promotion will run for a duration of two months, from July to August 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
- Participation in the Promotion is open to all conveyancing professionals (attorney, paralegal, secretary or administrator) who refer bridging transactions to Future Finance during the Promotion Period.
- To be eligible for the lucky draw, conveyancing attorneys must refer a bridging transaction to Future Finance by submitting the necessary details through the designated referral process provided by the Organiser.
- Each referred bridging transaction will count as one entry into the lucky draw.
- The draw will take place on 1st September 2023. The winner will be selected randomly by the Organiser.
- The winner will be contacted via email or phone call using the contact details provided during the referral process. It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure their email addresses and phone numbers are accurate and accessible during the Promotion Period.
- The winner will also be announced on Future Finance’s LinkedIn business page within a reasonable time after the lucky draw has taken place.
- The winner will be required to provide their contact details and other necessary information to claim the prize.
- In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time after the lucky draw, or fails to provide the required information, another winner may be selected at the Organiser’s discretion.
- The prize for the lucky draw is R10 000 in cash.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other item or cash equivalent.
- The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any participant who is found to have provided false information or violated any of the terms and conditions.
- The Organiser’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion, including the selection of the winner, shall be final and binding.
- By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to allow the Organiser to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Promotion.
