Q. How long does it take to pay the advance?
We strive to make payment of the advance as soon as possible once the application has been approved. It might be paid out in an hour or longer if we are waiting on supporting documents or certain criteria to be met.
Q. How much can be advanced?
We advance up to 80% of your proceeds available.
Q. Who will settle with Future Finance?
Upon registration, the transferring attorney will request a settlement figure from us. They will settle the amount advanced plus our fees with us directly.
Q. To whom will the funds be paid?
The funds will be paid to the nominated bank account reflected on the application form.
