Q. What is property bridging finance?

It is short-term funding to cover costs while you wait for expected funds to be released on registration of your property. In this way, bridging finance is a cash advance to you.

We strive to make payment of the advance as soon as possible once the application has been approved. It might be paid out in an hour or longer if we are waiting on supporting documents or certain criteria to be met.

We advance up to 80% of your proceeds available.

Upon registration, the transferring attorney will request a settlement figure from us. They will settle the amount advanced plus our fees with us directly.

The funds will be paid to the nominated bank account reflected on the application form.
